APPLICATION

As soon as we receive your completed application and audition clip we will watch it. If successful, you’ll be invited to audition at one of our four locations across the UK in late September.

AUDITIONS

You will have between 1-3 minutes to show the judges your show-stopping singing voice. Once you have finished singing, the judges will give you feedback and then decide (once all performances at all locations have been seen) who will go through to the TOP 50 live round.

TOP 50

Following the auditions at the four locations across the UK, the top 50 acts will be selected to attend the TOP 50 live event in London where you will perform to a panel of judges AND the public. Your performance will be filmed and broadcast online at www.retailtrustsearchforastar.com where you will face the public text vote. You will be provided with publicity hints/tips to help raise your profile and also give you pointers on how to get more votes.

TOP 10

Once the text voting lines have closed, we will tally the scores and announce the TOP 10. The TOP 10 performers will then be invited to London to a secret location where they will perform once again in front of a panel of judges. The judges will then select who makes it through to the FINAL FOUR!

FINAL FOUR

The FINAL FOUR acts will be treated to an exclusive trip to London staying at the five-star Grosvenor House where they will perform live at the Retail Trust London Ball 2011. The finalists will have access to life coaching, celebrity styling, red carpet treatment plus loads more!. After performing, guests at the Retail Trust London Ball 2011 will be invited to vote for their favourite performer to decide who will be the Retail Trust Search For A Star 2011 Winner!
